Nick Handel

Over thirty years as a series producer/director & executive producer, Nick became one of the BBC's most acclaimed factual programme-makers who is best known for his work in the popular documentary field. He was responsible for 'Jobs For The Girls' (with Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson), 'Cheer For Charlie' (with Charlie Dimmock), 'Jobs For The Boys' (with Hale and Pace) and 'In At The Deep End' (with Chris Serle and Paul Heiney). Nick has also run some of the BBC's most prestigious events including Children In Need (Executive Producer 1990 - 1993), 'The Search' and The Teaching Awards.

Ruki Sidhwa

Ruki worked at the BBC for more than 9 years. During this time she produced and directed on Crimewatch UK, Watchdog, Children in Need and Watchdog Healthcheck.

She went on to become a successful freelancer making programmes for C4, BBC1 and Living. She produced Animal Hospital, Pet Rescue, and Body Beautiful.

Ruki has a degree in Media Studies, is a qualified teacher and Member of British Film Institute (BFI) Associate Tutor Scheme.

Jayne Topping

Producer and Director for 13 years - with the BBC for 10 years and now making a successful career as a Freelance Senior Producer/Director. 

Credits include: Crimewatch UK, Tomorrow's World, Animal Hospital, Pet Rescue, Flying Gardener, Mysteries, The Challenge, Hearts of Gold and Find a Fortune.

Gill Fenwick

Gill has worked in TV production for 8 years. As Production Manager, she has worked on documentaries such as the award-winning Kelly and Her Sisters as well as fast-turnaround magazine and light entertainment shows. While Unit Manager at Carlton Television, Gill was line manager for all the PMs in the Factual Entertainment department, doing budgets for all new commissions and developments and overseeing all working productions. Gill then moved to Princess Productions as Production Executive where she was involved in recruitment and HR as well as assisting the Head of Production, overseeing the day to day running of productions, personnel and the office. Gill has experience of large live reality shows, studio entertainment shows long-running series and one-off documentaries. As part of her role over the years, Gill has trained and assisted Production Secretaries, Coordinators, junior researchers and runners as she really believes in investing in and training up the future of the TV industry. Gill is now a freelance Production Executive, currently working at Initial (part of Endemol UK).
